rombot not working

Hiho,

rombot isn't working for me since several days.
I have revision 739, micromacro and svn installed.

When I'm starting the bot, it just shows "RoM window 1" and "RoM window 2" as options instead of the charnames.

If I choose an option rombot says: the game may have been updated / altered -> run update.

and:

../rom/classes/camera.lua:47: error reading memory in CCamera:update<>


I thought you guys just still work on an update. But after reading in this forum I get the feeling, that I just made a mistake an the bot is still working for anyone else

Read the error message about the game changing and follow the instructions very carefully.

Type "rom/update" in the micromacro window, just like you would type "rom/bot" to start the bot. But I suspect you are used to starting the bot using the bat files. In that case try double-clicking "fixaddresses.bat".

What "rom/update" and fixaddresses.bat does is use patterns to try to find the new correct addresses for the new patch so you don't have to download an update.
