Ok, during the whole transition to chapter 4 I found that no matter how many times I updated the files didn't actually update. All SVN did was say that it updated. My work around was to delete all the files in the main scripts\rom directory to get it working after update (which it did).
Now, I wanted to update to revision 612 since I was hoping some of this table not found spam would go away but I think it did the same thing. Here's a screencap.
Am I just imagining this or is it happening to other people too?

Re: SVN Updating...
I updated to revision 605, then did a normal update and it took 6 seconds. Yours says it took 3 seconds to go from the revision you were to 612, I don't see the issue. I think the only time it actually takes longer is if there are conflicts in the files or it needs merging as then it is actually trying to think. If it is a straight update of files then it shouldn't take long at all.

Re: SVN Updating...
Oh. I was talking about the 0 bytes transfered in 3 seconds. I was either using revision 608 or 610.

Re: SVN Updating...
had you already d/l some files rock has posted?
Chances are if you had then you probably already had what would be the 612 files and so it just double checked the data was correct, since no difference between the files of what you have and what it was looking at updating to.
Just a guess
610-612 is 4kb

Re: SVN Updating...
What sort of folder is that AppDate/Local/VirtualStore? How did you end up installing it there?
In the end, the way to tell if you are correctly updated is to right click the rom folder and select "TortoiseSVN/Show Log". If it shows that you have the latest version and all your files have green icons next to them in Explorer, then you are up to date with no changes or conflicts. Actually it doesn't matter if they are red as all that means is you have made changes to them but there are no conflicts. The ones to watch out for are the yellow conflict icons. If there are any yellow ones, right click them and do a "TortoiseSVN/Revert" on them. If you suspect any changes you made to files with red icons, are causing you problems then do a "TortoiseSVN/Revert" on them as well.
