Hairyfoot Solo!

As part of my cleaning up old lower level quests to get titles, I just killed Hairyfoot in the level 35 Ice Dwarf Kingdom instance. I didn't realize how dangerous he was and it's just by chance I survived. Lol.

He froze me which didn't alarm me until I realized I wasn't unfreezing. Then I saw that the time on the debuff was 3m? WTF!. Still, luckily I had my Briar Shield up (lucky because I don't always have it up) and he was slowly taking more damage than I was. The 3m passed and I tried to cast a skill but failed as he applied another freeze. When he died I still had a few thousand hp left but I was still frozen.

But my sigh of relief was short lived as I noticed I was still taking damage. I think it was the fireplace casting some damage ate me. I was getting about 1500 damage and recovering about 1000 between hits. When I finally got loose and made a run for it I only had 500hp left. One more hit would have finished me.

I thought that was a funny story to pass on.

BTW that was with a Level 87 Scout with nearly 60,000 hp.

Yeah turtle in KS does the freeze thing aswell but you should be able to kill turtle before he freezes you, I think lol

I got lucky with him too once. I think it was the first ime I killed him and it was with a lower level character. Luckily it froze my pet instead of me.
