Mage - Priest RBAssist.xml

#1 Post by _hirondelle »

Hello :)

Simple question.

RBAssist, set with attackMode = "disabled", my mage doesn't use these skills

<skill name="PRIEST_URGENT_HEAL" hotkey="MACRO" priority="100" hpper="50" />
<skill name="PRIEST_REGENERATE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="90" hpper="80" />

but I put them in <skills_mage>.

It is possible for a mage-priest to cast these spells with RBAssist or with a normal WP ?

Thanks !

It should use those skills exactly the same as when using regular waypoint files. Do they get used when using regular waypoint files? Are you sure you're reaching the HP levels for them to trigger?

Sorry for having moved the thread.
Do they get used when using regular waypoint files?
nope
Are you sure you're reaching the HP levels for them to trigger?
yep.
In Priest, my champ heals himself.
In Mage, he dies :)

I've make this:
<skills_priest>
<skill name="PRIEST_SOUL_SOURCE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="110" inbattle="true" hpper="15" />
<skill name="PRIEST_URGENT_HEAL" hotkey="MACRO" priority="100" hpper="50" />
<skill name="PRIEST_REGENERATE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="90" hpper="80" />
<skill name="PRIEST_RISING_TIDE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="80" />
<skill name="PRIEST_WAVE_ARMOR" hotkey="MACRO" priority="40" inbattle="true" />
<skill name="PRIEST_AMPLIFIED_ATTACK" hotkey="MACRO" priority="20" rebuffcut="60" inbattle="false" />
<skill name="PRIEST_GRACE_OF_LIFE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="20" rebuffcut="60" inbattle="false" />
<skill name="PRIEST_HOLY_AURA" hotkey="MACRO" priority="100" inbattle="true" hpper="24" />
<skill name="PRIEST_SOUL_BOND" hotkey="MACRO" priority="30" />
<skill name="PRIEST_MAGIC_BARRIER" hotkey="MACRO" priority="20" rebuffcut="60" inbattle="false" />
<skill name="MAGE_FLAME" hotkey="MACRO" priority="80" />
<skill name="MAGE_FIREBALL" hotkey="MACRO" priority="70" />
<skill name="MAGE_LIGHTNING" hotkey="MACRO" priority="80" />
<skill name="MAGE_ENERGY_INFLUX" hotkey="MACRO" priority="30" inbattle="true" />
<skill name="MAGE_ELEMENTAL_CATALYST" hotkey="MACRO" priority="30" inbattle="true" />
<skill name="MAGE_ENERGY_WELL" hotkey="MACRO" priority="30" inbattle="true" />
</skills_priest>

<skills_mage>
<skill name="MAGE_FLAME" hotkey="MACRO" priority="80" />
<skill name="MAGE_FIREBALL" hotkey="MACRO" priority="70" />
<skill name="MAGE_LIGHTNING" hotkey="MACRO" priority="80" />
<skill name="MAGE_ENERGY_INFLUX" hotkey="MACRO" priority="30" inbattle="true" />
<skill name="MAGE_ELEMENTAL_CATALYST" hotkey="MACRO" priority="30" inbattle="true" />
<skill name="MAGE_ENERGY_WELL" hotkey="MACRO" priority="30" inbattle="true" />
<skill name="PRIEST_SOUL_SOURCE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="110" inbattle="true" hpper="15" />
<skill name="PRIEST_URGENT_HEAL" hotkey="MACRO" priority="100" hpper="50" />
<skill name="PRIEST_REGENERATE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="90" hpper="80" />
<skill name="PRIEST_RISING_TIDE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="80" />
<skill name="PRIEST_WAVE_ARMOR" hotkey="MACRO" priority="40" inbattle="true" />
<skill name="PRIEST_AMPLIFIED_ATTACK" hotkey="MACRO" priority="20" rebuffcut="60" inbattle="false" />
<skill name="PRIEST_GRACE_OF_LIFE" hotkey="MACRO" priority="20" rebuffcut="60" inbattle="false" />
<skill name="PRIEST_HOLY_AURA" hotkey="MACRO" priority="100" inbattle="true" hpper="24" />
</skills_mage>
Cause it seems that, by default, the second class skills aren't used

Hm... Nope, can't think of anything. If I was sitting in front of your computer I could probably figure it out but, like this, I don't have enough to go on.

The only thing I could suggest is the usual stuff. Make sure your bot is up to date and there are no conflicts and try with the default profile or try to create a new basic one.

I am guessing you mean
P/Ch, heals himself, so it works when priest is main class?
M/P he doesn't heal or do you mean M/Ch? in which case he wouldn't have the heal skills to use.

He's showing us a priest skills section with priest and mage skills in it and a mage skills section with mage and priest skills so I assume he's talking about p/m and m/p.

so "champ" just means character?
Hard to tell now there is a class called champion.

Hm... didn't notice that but it seems irrelevant to mean champion when he is talking about Priest main. And taken with the fact that he shows p/m and m/p skills, I think that's still what he means.

Been awhile now hasn't it? Still no response from him.

sorry... Used to say Champ for character yep.
I have on first class a Priest, second class a Mage.
It's a human, not a dwarf .

(and sorry for the delay, I had some IRL troubles)
