yeah I tried a few different accounts and chars before I decided it wasn't just me. Everytime I try to use world chat I get disconnected.

yeah, server is having issues it seems. lots of stuff is apparently broken. dog farmers are almost non existant though xD, made getting a stack super easy.

server back up again, still duped gold though as AH is still being bought out even with 10 dias at 300mil.

I guess they just had an actual server issue and weren't trying to undo all the duped stuff

My mains will probably get banned at some stage.
I accidently discovered the gold duping method, accidently because the first time it happened I actually lost 100mil gold and then thought hey I can do that in reverse lmao and yeah I was playing my mains at the time.
So yeah been making around 1bil gold a minute, it's crazy, gold is pretty much useless now though.

and no I won't post the duping method.

For those with gold to burn for what ever reason, this works for feeding pet lots of cake.

Make sure the store is open, as in make sure the window is up to buy the items.

This is if pet is in slot 1.

Command> for k = 1,5 do for i = 1, 10 do RoMScript("StoreBuyItem(1,99)") end yrest(5000) local assistEgg = CEggPet(1)  assistEgg:feed(204791,"all") end

That will buy 10 stacks, use them and repeat for 5 times all up, so 50 stacks of cake.
It is actually very fast, mind you I did edit eggpet.lua so it didn't print every time.

No idea, haven't logged in official for a while, still not banned yet but I didn't use gold to buy stuff on AH, just lvled pets up with cake, got 3 pets to 60ish from 20ish.
Had a weird roll back on 1 char today though so I might still get banned.
I've seen plenty of chars doing it, so maybe they won't ban the ones duping but just the ones who wipe out the AH of dias.

Doubt they'll ban you unless you do something to get reported. And you can't do it on official, which sucks...

was a weird roll back today, I did shell dailies and then bought an item, I logged out and did some other chars then back to first char and the shells were back and minigames were reset but I still had item I rolled, so I did minigames again and rolled another item.
Only happened on 1 char though and others did the same WP's, so yeah no idea what happened.

Server come online about 2 days later.

well server is back up and WOW, what they did really amazed me.

As the previous duping make a lot of gold, in order not to affect the game balance, we update gold of all characters to 1KK.

Their solution to the gold duping was to make every single character have 1mil gold, every single char. I am logging onto lvl 1 alts that I never even played and they have 1 mil gold.

I can only imagine what the "legit" players are saying right now, imagine playing game as it is meant to be done and having your gold you have built up suddenly removed from you.

As for me, i am just logging on all my alts to send gold to chars lvl 90 to get the dias off NPC and then I will just start up my KS farmers. I really do feel sorry for legit players for what the server gods have done.

So end result is the people who dupes gold and bought diamonds ended up with hundreds of thousands of dias and everyone else ended up with having their gold reduced to 1mil.
So they rewarded the dupers and punished everyone else, yeah that makes good business sence to me.

Damn. Now I regret selling those diamonds while the prices were inflated. At least dia prices look a bit more reasonable.

yeah there is a few of 100 dias for 17mil posted.
I am still buying the ones off NPC though, 100 dias for 10mil.
