No return path with default naming survivalR5_return.xml found.
We use the normal waypoint path survivalR5.xml now.
Waypoint #4 is closer then #1. Hence we start with waypoint #4.

We changed the option 'AUTO_ELITE_FACTOR' from '5' to '1000'.

and than after executing it again it will run just fine... any ideas or clues...
"Too far to run script" means you started the script more than 350 from the nearest waypoint. You should be starting it next to Malatina. Waypoint #4 is in the game which doesn't make much sense unless you restart the script after it already started the game.
Explain exactly what happens. Did you start it just after changing character?

Sorry for the delay... this happens when you are standing on the stairs where she is and also it happens when you are close by and only at the first time running the script when you run it again its is fine... this is a very wired...
