This is maybe a completly silly question, but maybe not. With the knowlage of things like speedhack, flyhack, teleporthack etc. isn't it also possible to have a luck hack?

Probably not as it's the server that dictates what gets dropped. I suspect the currently known luck address plays no part in calculating what drops. It's probably just used for other things like displays and such. Anyway, what I find helps the most with drops (being in a party) doesn't even affect that memory address.
