Problem with rombot (flickering of system menu)

I am trying to make complete elven daily scripts from available scripts and waypoints which cycles through multiple accounts and finishing dailies on all chars. But many times i have trouble with rombot after some time system menu (the one obtained from pressing ESC key) pops up and starts flickering (on and off infinitely) and micromacro waits at that point to finish something and stuck there.
This problem also happened with default pioneer script mostly during end of script where char does few teleport operation.
It appears frequently when i uses multi client so it can be related to lag, specially when one client is trying to switch char and other still performing action, but still i am not able to correlate it with system menu in anyway.
Yesterday when i tried with 4 client running all got stuck within 3-5 chars but with 2 clients it finished 4 accounts with 8 chars each without any problem.

Any idea how to resolve this problem or any workaround?

It's taking ages to resolve because they take ages to get back with their results to my suggestions.

Have a read through it and maybe try the last suggestion which I'm waiting for someone to try.

Actually, continue the discussion there. It's counter productive to have 2 separate threads on the same issue.
