Question: Why does the bot sometimes go haywire?
Why does the bot sometimes go haywire? Every now and then the bot just goes off course and stays off course for some time. Am I doing something wrong?

The only time mine goes off course is when I forget that I left another waypoint file in a paused state and then it starts up again and the 2 files fight for control of the character. 
It could also be a mistake in your waypoint file.

That's odd as I only use the one waypoint and sometimes its great for almost an hour.
