Is this really working?

I've got a question. I found this website http://www.runesofmagiccheats.com/exploits.htm and i would like to know if this exploits, hacks or whatever it is really works or that are only simple keyloggers?

I tested all and found that only "Take no underwater Damage" exploit is working. Oh wait...
