Event Monitor not working

i installed it on a fresh computer , just used the same files i had on the previous one
everything works just fine , except the monitor .. when i do andors it won't react nor trying to autobuff with keyword messages
how do i fix it? do i need to update or replace something?
it does not give a fault , it simple does not react

Did you copy the ingamefunctions folder over to the games addons folder? Do you have the same addons installed in the game? I believe the events particularly need an os class replacement addon such as d303fix http://www.curse.com/addons/rom/d303fix
