Good work on narrowing down the problem.
There is a 'hidden' flag next to the 'mounted' flag in memory. With the current version of the bot it only reads 1 bit to see if it's mounted. Revisions older than 717 read a whole byte so it would include the 'hidden' flag. So if you are hidden then it will think you are mounted. Had a similar problem with being in a party. That's why it was fixed in 717. Are you using an old version of the bot?

I think it's solved now.
Indeed address.lua had a conflict.
did an svn update and rom/update. botting for some hours and not seen any conflict anymore.
