Hey, is there a way to find out your actual waypoint (x,y,z) while using a chapter four client?
That would be awesome

What exactly do you want? With chapter 4 you would have to use a very old version of the bot. Do you have a version of the bot working?

No, thats my problem... I have not a version that old... and the new one brings up errors such as:
unable to find guildBank_offset in module"
I just need the coordinates that are normally written in the waypoint-file from where I stand.
And the coordinates you can see below the minimap are not the true waypoints, are they?
Is there any way to extract the actual waypoint from where I stand actually?
Sorry for my bad English.. I'm German :/
Greetings

If you don't have an old version then why do you need to find coordinates for an old version? I think I still don't understand.
Normally you run "rom/getpos" in MM. That will run a program that continuously displays your characters position.

I don't think there are nay in game functions that return coordinates such as the bot uses. Plus I think all the position function were disabled long ago.
The easiest way is to use getpos. If it doesn't work and rom/update doesn't fix the addresses then you have few choices.
- 1. Download a version of the bot that works for version of the game. If you tell me what version of the game you are using I can give you a good guess at to which rombot version to try.
2. Use Cheat Engine to search for the coordinates in memory yourself. It's not too difficult.

Oh and by the way:
is there any waypointfile containing the coordinates of every sturobold in every zone?

Do a search for my "travelTo userfunction". It includes a list of all the teleporters supported by the userfunction. It should contain most if not all the sturobolds. Although the list also includes other teleport npcs.
