I saw guys (like a RoM Coder) who know lot of things, so i wanted to know how to have like a gmpanel, create items by ID etc ..

Like for instance the Nexon people run their own server so the GMs there would have access to the gmpanel. Users can not get access to the gmpanel. The servers wouldn't allow it.

My guess is that is some sort of private server.

And i must have big computer or? (maybe inviting 1/2 friends only)

I have no idea. It's not something that is discussed in the forum so you might have to try elsewhere. From the little I've read, it's a HUGE undertaking that requires a lot of programing expertise. Certainly not something anyone can do. Plus I don't think the server software is easy to find. I don't know how Nexon can consistently keep their server up to date. They must have someone on the inside.

Yes is what i was asking to myself, how they can always upgrade new content all the time so.

Last question, so not possible to have gmpanel and create items as much as i want, spaw bosses etc is only by having my own private server ?

How much GB of RAM i need to run my own server ?

Making your own rom server a few guys tried in the past, like they said it's a huge undertaking.

1.) Crack the byte ciphering (code about it can be found in the internet)
2.) Reverse Engineering the code what its mean
3.) Implement the server logic. (DMG, Buffs, NPC, Mobs, teleportation, running, zones ..)
4.) Implement the server DB. ( everything that happens)

In WOW it has taken years to do so, and for a lot of other mmos you can find your own server to download.
For ROM no one had the steam to do it.

About GB I think a lot because every active zone must be run even no one is there.
