How to get end gamer stats??? I can't see it happening

I have a lvl 74 char. The majority of my equipment is lvl70+ with over dura, +16, and IX stats (int/matt & int/stam). So why is it that my magical attack is way below what I see end gamers talking about? I see on forums people talk about 100k matt, and more. I even went so far as to create a spreadsheet where I enter the stats of the best gear I can find, include stats, plussing, overdura, and filling everything with 4 runes, yet the resulting number for magical attack is still well below 100k. Then there's these guys that have over 100k HP and can still one hit me, with a tier 9 wand with only 6000 magical damage. And for me to kill him, it took about 10 hits with my 9600 mdam staff. He was the same pri/sec class as me. How does someone stack so much attack, defense, and HP all at the same time?

I ask this here because on the Rom forums, they always say the same thing, but just doesn't add up for me. I want to be able to do some end game lvl instances but I don't see where I'm messing up. Mathematically, I can't see how to stack that much attack, def, and HP on one character. I sure appreciate any input. I don't want to waste any more time or effort (or money) if I'm going in the wrong direction.

I dont have a high level char -at the moment- but I had a few.
So just guessing what It "could" be

Maybe the other players:

-use tons of buffood or buffs from other players
-are having a high level pet (this can push EXTREME)
-maxed out the right skills which give them a % bonus on MATK or INT
-have some fency set-bonus
-have some new elite skills
-having ALL the monster cards (they give more MATK/INT skillpoints too)
-tierd all equipment to 7+
-exploiting some kind of bug


the problem is in the highend region everything gets from much to MASSIVE damage very
quick, because so much is scaled procentual

its all about the gear you get has to have high green stats and clean then u have stat it with best yellows you can find 1ST then u + it to 16 and you well see vary hight out put do to when you + gear above 8 to 16 you get mass extrea stats on the gear making it way more usefull and also if u have scout class you stat a bow witch makes for even more stats and same goes with rogues with off hand and wings all this + golden hammer and even if you can A Ter it to 7 or so ...

so if
+16
T7 or higher
All highest stats fully
a off hand weapon or scout 2nd stat bow/crossbow fully same
and then Golden Hammer alll =
over powered Beasts
but takes long time and alottttttt gold / Dias mostly time

Yup if you want your char to be putting out the best damage then be prepared to pay through the teeth, we are talking thousands of Dias per item.

Every big patch they do which introduces new instances or raises level, be prepared to pay again as you replace every single item.

Being an elitist is not a cheap occupation lol

Well, I was thinking I was close to maxing out my equipment but I guess after looking at it, I still have 5 older pieces that I need to replace. All the other pieces I have are good set pieces with all IX stats, OD, and +16. Some of them are tier 6 but most are T5. Guess ill have to continue building up the gear. Also, my pet is only level 14. I think leveling it to 75 will take forever. Maybe between those things, I can get up to that "end gamer" status.

Oh, and my staff is T10 +16 shackles so its pretty good, pluss I carry a statted crossbow for the extra stats. I'm sure it will take some time. Still though, I can't see how I'll ever get over 100K magical attack.

I know it's a bit late now but a stated T8 staff would be more benefit than a T10 with all "I" stats.
Costs a lot of dias to buy the puri to do that though.
