Macro failure/wild pop ups

Hi there although it is hard to describe I try to give my best:
As I do have a new computer now I was in need to set up all the things again.

I installed all the files and started with a failure so I tried Lisa's 5 steps.
Now when I start it comes to the point that rombot says "Macro Test:ok" in green letters
In the Game I got in yellow letters: "Macro Test: Send Value 1234 to macro place 2"
But then it is like rombot is pressing esc the menu appears and then disappears. This is going on in a endless loop.

Any ideas what that behaviour could cause?

Edit:
Seems to be that one of my AddOns causes this problems. Runs fine without any AddOns
Is there any known Issues with AddOns?

get rid of extra action bars.

It basically takes focus from your keyboard and then does in game functions that would correspond from those key presses.
So basically it monitors your keypresses, don't ask me why as I have a very low opinion of the addon.
