Do you mean Purified Fusion Stones? Yes it can use them. You need to change the settings in the Fusion addon to use Purified Fusion Stones.

That does the maximum fusions possible. But you have to set the config in the Fusion addon to use the items you want to use.

Great! You have an error message. That makes it easier to help you.

Looks like you are using an older version of the Fusion userfunction. Try updating it. Try the one at the top of the first post http://www.solarstrike.net/phpBB3/viewt ... 786#p11786.

I'm not sure I understand. I think you want to make tier 5 mana stones but not tier 6 or tier 7 mana stones. The following command will make only tier 5 mana stones.
