Another Question for the Gurus

#1 Post by AngelDrago » Wed May 18, 2011 8:35 pm

So i went to veranas and chose an second class a knight went back to logar and chose to start but he just wanders around with out fighting i chose PRIEST_RISING_TIDE as the tool for attacking but it will not do anything just letting the wolfes or fungus walk over him with out fighting.. so i checked in the skill database and could not find a KNIGHT_RISING_TIDE is this only for the priest or for both? i also made the priority 70 and i raised everyone else up it sees the PRIEST_RISING_TIDE in the beginning of the rom when it starts.... any ideas why? and again thank you all for the help

Firstly, it is 1 of the forum rules that thread subjects be relevant to the topic. Please use better subjects in the future.

Rising Tide is a Priest skill not a knight skill. When you are playing as a knight you might have access to rising tide but it is still a priest skill.

Just copy the PRIEST_RISING_TIDE line from the priest skills section to the knight skills section. Adjust the priority and your ready to go.

rock5, i appologize you are right i should chosen a better subject line..... i tried that but it was giving me this see below...
Loaded waypoint path l1t_start.xml
Waypoint #5 is closer then #1. Hence we start with waypoint #5.
No return path with default naming 1-10Pioneers/l1t_start_return.xml found.
We use the normal waypoint path l1t_start.xml now.
Aggro wait time out.
Moving to waypoint #5, (-3034, -9034)
Loaded waypoint path l2-3_wolf.xml
Waypoint #6 is closer then #1. Hence we start with waypoint #6.
Return path found with default naming: 1-10Pioneers/l2-3_wolf_return.xml
Loaded return path l2-3_wolf_return.xml
We use the normal waypoint path l2-3_wolf.xml now.
Aggro wait time out.
Moving to waypoint #6, (-2462, -9625)
Clearing target.
Unsticking player... at position -3034,-9035. Trial 1 from maximum 10 trials
Aggro wait time out.
Moving to waypoint #6, (-2462, -9625)
Clearing target.
Unsticking player... at position -3001,-8980. Trial 2 from maximum 10 trials
Aggro wait time out.
Moving to waypoint #6, (-2462, -9625)
Aggro wait time out.
Moving to waypoint #7, (-2391, -9639)
Clearing target.
Unsticking player... at position -2459,-9628. Trial 3 from maximum 10 trials
Aggro wait time out.
Moving to waypoint #6, (-2462, -9625)
It will not engage the enemy at all... do you have an idea why...
