Partyhealer loot/enter-leave instance

Good evening
I have some trouble with the Partyhealer.xml function.
I want to let him follow my main char and also loot enemys i search the hole forum for information but nothing of the things i read are able to help me with this problem.
The second problem is the instance enter and leave i dont know if its possible to enter this in partyhealer i try to let him check zone id and move forward but i fail maybe you guys can help me thanks alot.
