I'm not sure. There was definitely a bug in the game that screwed up using control and alt (but I think shift was fine) even if you were to try to manually press them. I can only assume that bug was fixed, so you should be able to use modifiers again.

I tried adding some of the updated addresses. then ran the bot and got:

"We can't find your profile......" error.

not sure if that helps. Probably doesn't.

If you looked @ the comments of the update it says that the memorytables still need updating :-p

Just as a bit of an update, I have the addresses all done now, they also changed some offsets though so I am working on them atm.

the in game function useskill does still work it just appears they made it inactive for attack. Can still use it to open crafting or use recall and such.

castspellbyname seems inactive altogether.

These are just minor issues and can be dealt with easily.

nah, looks like they have changed it so UseAction and CastSpellByName only work when the are generated from addon code or the like (as opposed to user macros) that is generated from a mouse-click event. If you have an addon with a frame that the user clicks on, those two functions work quite happily.

ok im getting a error on loading my character on micro macro after updating thru the svn and then rom/bot.lua update

wat should be changed on that lua file if any or in my character file lua?

nothing has been updated yet, just be patient. They made more changes then they usually do with a patch. we are getting there.

Cmon guys, they're working their asses off so that we can use it without any inconvenience, and you cannot wait for a few hours? Least we can do is wait (and preferably learn to find addresses on out own for the future).

they threw in a few curve balls this patch which are being dealt with.

removing the skilluse(1,1) is just a minor annoyance, replaced that code with just using hotkey for attack skill.

CastSpellByName, for now we can just go back to using hotkeys like we used to, just means setting up skill bars in game and changing profile to match.

They changed the way some objects can be interacted with, Rock has already made a work around for it, just a matter of deciding best way to implement the usage.

They moved some offsets, found them.

I have had it running for the last 30 mins just killing, looting and no issues.

So long story short, they changed stuff, we are fixing bot to work with those changes.
It wasn't just a matter of finding new addresses this patch, so it's taking a little longer. Be patient =)
