How can I go past these values?

TARGET_LEVELDIF_BELOW = 99,
TARGET_LEVELDIF_ABOVE = 99,
Found this in settings, not sure how to adjust though to bypass the above restriction

nevermind, forgot I had a certain mob targeted only in settings lol..... oops
