If you edited your memory in client, its just all clientside, if you summon your pet it may show increased attributes but damage and other things which are calculated by server just simple will be still working correctly.
Your character abilities, and real pet abilities on serverside will stay exact like they are.
If you want to test just create another char, edit all your things on main, summon pet which give you huge amount of HP and check it from another char.
