LuaExpat 1.2.0 Win32 Binary (for Lua 5.2) + source

Since I went through a lot of trouble getting the LuaExpat DLL compiled due to a number of reasons (idiots using non-standards-compliant compilers, misplabled/broken sources, manually updating Lua's compat-5.1), I've decided to save others the trouble and provide the fixed source code and binary DLL. compat-5.1 is actually for compatibility with Lua 5.2, but I did not change the filenames as to not break includes on anything that you might want to compile it with. It should still be fully functional with Lua 5.1; the changes were only to fix removed/deprecated functions in 5.2. Enjoy.
