How to self buff and use an ingame-makro

Hello,
i´m new to this forum and my english is bad, sorry for that.

I have done some waypoints and other stuff eveeything is going well but I dont know how to set a script for self-buffing me with my skill.

I would like to give me a buff and then start with the waypoints and when i´m low on HP i would like to start a makro which is on lets say my "5".

Could u pls help me out?
