I was wondering if these 12 keys are the limit or can you setup more keys to do casting and such

Also if someone could provide an example if it is possible.

I think you could assign keys also. But if i have understand this right you don't need to assign skills to skill bar if you use macro.

So just 1 macro is essential for it to work. Haven't tried but i have understanded it that way.

To answer your Q, no, you're not limited to 1-0. But to assign other hotkeys, you have to also set your in-game key bindings to coincide with your profile-assigned VK. The wiki has a list of each VK designation, if you want to go that route. However, IMO, it's much easier to do it as shown in the linked thread above.

Be ware that in another post rock5 recommends AVOIDING the usage of MACRO instead of proper HOTKEYS. This is because macro usually takes more time and is not as reliable even though is has not bees tested in this particular case.
