ya i know to open client.exe but nothing after that I found a cheat table for ROM on their web site dont know how to use it or even what a cheat table is

What is the easiest way to pick up only 1 item from mobs loot and nothing else.
If thats not possible could i make the bot pick up everything and then delete the other items it picked up except the 1 I want to keep?
