Try adding this as the very first item in your waypoint script: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?> Also, make sure you have the encoding set to UTF8 without BOM. If you are using Notepad++ (which I highly recommend), you'll find this under the Encoding menu as the second opt...
