Make money with killing boss and sell to npc won items

I read somewhere, they are killing the boss when pile up items they are go npc and sell items to npc.

Wich boss can kill quickly and the boss of the item is expensive gold, for farming and sell to npc ?

In general:
Higher instance -> More Money. At least if you also concider Mementos and the stats that you can buy for them.
But in general KS is a good place because everyone can solo it these days and as there are many mobs you fill up your pockets with sellable items very fast.

Just look around in the forum and you will find several waypoints to farm it.
DOD is also a good place because 1st-farming is really fast.
