partybot (healbot) issue

I just recently tried to use the partyfunction in the bot, mainly to raise my characters relationship with each others (and farm some items)
But the issue is, that when running the partyhealer waypoint, my healer doesnt heal, unless it has the partymember targeted, which it doesn't automatically, as after each fight, it clears the target.

What am I doing wrong to make this work properly?
