ENTER AND WAIT PARTY COMMANDS

good evening everyone, I've been trying to create a duo instance with an alt for a few days ... I would like to know how to do some things:
1 the leader enters the instance and tells the party to enter
2 the party responds in chat, I think I have to use the party monitoring and the go to portal, which I already use
3 once the party has entered and the leader sees that everything is ok I would like to continue with the waypoints
4 same story to get out ... the leader has to check that the aprty is out before recreating the party. Thanks
