Runes of Magic from Gameforge does not have any anticheat and you can do there whatever you want, they are retards.
If you are talking about Arcadia or Legacy - yes, they have anticheat:
1. you can not run micromacro/romeo there
2. if you run it beside its not working, its also automaticly detected, same with clickers etc
