Is there a command to stop and log out of game when heal is low/empty??

You have to check the

player.PotionHpUsed

counter in your profile events and after you reach your limit, use the

player:logout([true]);

function. You could also use a inventory function

if (inventory:bestAvailableConsumable("healing") == false) then

to see, that you are out of potions.
