Hi,

i Need the Buff/Skill: Wind Fire Cultivation

that my mage scout Needs this all 15min, than so he can make some damage with the arrow.

how i can use it in the Profile files that it all 15min rebuff it

The skill has been added to the skills database so add it to your skills like any other skill. Example
