Not sure if its a known issue or not but if mm errors or i have to force quit while swimhack is on, when i try to reload either RoMbot or R5hacks i get the above error.

It's currently working for me. There is a specific error you get if you force shutdown when the swim hack is still enabled but this is not it. This is just the standard "Can't find pattern in memory" message.

Did you try restarting the client?

Yes, restarted numerous times, tried changing zones and even when it stopped 'swimming' on my screen it was still doing it, had to restart client to fix it.
