Default value TargetMaxHp

In skill.lua we have default value of self.TargetMaxHp set to 9999999, i.e. 9m HP.

This is getting to be to low for boss fights, we end up with a lot of [DEBUG] TARGEHP messages as target has more that 9m hp.

I recommend increasing default to ex 999m

I think the intention of the default value is that it should always be larger than any mobs hp. There is no reason for any limit. We could just make it infinity as default, ie. math.huge.
