Bot pauses with mousclick

Hi botters,
I've got a new problem
I am unable to let the bot run, because the bot pauses everytime I put micromacro in the background. Doesn't matter what I am doing it pauses everytime I change the window. The last script I ran yesterday was the AT script I didn't change anything on my computer. Anyone had already something like this and is able to help me?

Did you try rebooting the computer
Did you try turning computer off for 30 seconds and then starting it up again.

Is it just using AT script?
Is it just 1 character or all?
Have you done a SVN revert/update?
Does it pause indefinately or just for a second or two?
Have you got any new Addons?
Are there any other programmes running in the background that might cause it?
Did you untick "click to move" ?

Which windows version?
Does it happen with RC3 and/or the official version? Does it happen with both versions?
Does MM use CPU time when in background? Perhaps there is a windows setting that processes in background should be put into sleep mode?

Okay, I don't know what was wrong. Bot didn't workd yesterday and today, tested it a few minutes ago and it worked...
