Can i modify the skills to utilice macros?

For example when the char finds a boss the char buff itself with 2 macross and then start to fight.
Where i have to change it? In the profile or in the databse/skills.
I think it has to be like this.

Could it be like this on the profile or have i to put all the buffs on the profile?
Will be the bot buffing all the time, or will it stop and does the other atacks.
I kow that this is anoying questions to people that knows how to do the things, but with the rombot wiki i don´t understand it well.
I had read the tutorial of micromacro, but first i want to learn the basics before do something wrong.
