I heard that there some Luck runes for drops, never seen any in my server (ME 5.0.0.2559) version

tested to see if they can be made from thermowiki describtion, no luck.

how can any one make them?

I believe on the regular servers they occasionally become available for purchase in the Item Shop. I'm not sure if there is any other way to get them.

Never seen that before. But probably they are disabled on the RoM4U server.

done AT like 120 times, never seen a loot rune (AT=Treasure Mini game for shell coins, right ?)

AT = Ancient Treasure, the one you need to talk to the NPC near the Varanas AH who teleports you to the game.

I had gotten about 30 odd from AT before I went to private server, so yeah it was a while ago now. They may have removed them as a possible loot from the chests in there.
Only Loot I though so it would take a lot of them to get up to Loot VII or more.

Rom4u just buy them off item shop, most other servers have them as a sale item from time to time in item shop.

well in middle east server I was playing ancient treasure since 4.6 version, till 5.0.02, more than 120 times, never seen a loot rune ?!

they might been there before update 4.6

In europe servers they came up only in Item shop
