Can someone may tell me how to find out if there is any XP- penalty (TP-penalty) on the char left?

You mean with the bot right?
Go to theromwiki's list of functions
http://www.theromwiki.com/List_of_Functions
and do a search for "debt". I'm sure you'll find something.
