Bot gets stuck after saying 'checking ingamfunctions'

Every time I run the bot it runs until it gets to the ingamefunctions check bit, then it stops, I've done what it says I've put the ingamefunctions folder in the Runes of Magic\Interface\AddOns folder and it still stalls :/
