It will be very helpful if there was a auction house opening, selling,getting money from mail box, so everyone might be able to sell the items while botting, and able to reduce administration fee ... things like that...

A few people have asked for auction house usage with bot before.
Answer has always been that using auction house shouldn't be done by bot as items should be priced individually.
A search of the forum would have revealed this ....
If you want to use bot with auction house then you just have to do the coding yourself.
