hi, ive got a problem with rombot when running more than two alts in the same party.
The problem is when i have more than 2 alts in the same party and we start farming "DOD" and we keep zoneing in and out .
After a while the botts following the groupleader will become slow in following and reacting.
It seems to be like 2-3s delay or even more after a while and the only why to fix it is to make my groupleader jump up so they can catch up.
anyone have the same problem or can fix it?

Yeah the memory leakage of RoM is legendary. You get the same thing after seige aswell.
Only real way to solve it is to relog characters, or just jump every few steps as jumping makes the client match up with the server.

you can't really relog if the bots are on auto botting^^

you don't like challenges? lol

Of course you can, you would need to set autologin so it relogs same character. so when you do the RoMScript("Logout()") it will just relog same character. Would need to use waitforloadingscreen.
then do a few checks after the loadingscreen to make sure all characters are back in before starting up again.

Impossible? no
difficult? a little

I thought that the only way to clear memory leak issues was to restart the game. What you're saying would imply that scripts that change characters wouldn't suffer from memory leak issues but I thought they did. Was I wrong? I don't run those type of script so I'm not sure.

Best way is to totally kill client and restart new client, which would be very very hard to do i think lol

Not sure how much affect reloging would do but it should help some.

So you think relogging will help some but it's not the same as restarting the game? So I am right in thinking that if you have a script that continuously relogs it will eventually crash anyway?

Actually I remember a script I had that relogged. It was during that time when dailies was bugged so that for an hour you could redo dailies if you reloged your character. I had a script for that. I remembr it would crash after about half an hour and I would have to restart the game.

I guess you could always try making your leader use swim hack, for other clients it looks like you are constantly appearing at the height you are and then suddenly being on ground. That might be enough for the followers to know where leader is as it is moving, still stay at ground height though.
