I have been able to get the rest of my skills to work in the script but still cant get elite skills to run. What am i doing wrong. Do elite skills need to be marked by the class. This is my normal skill

is this the same setup that i need for elite skills

Yes, assuming the elite skill exists in the skills.xml database.
