I have 10 computers that are all on the same network (meaning they all have the same IP address, not talking about the routed one of course). I can log into Account A on any of the other 9 computers, but I can not log into Account A on one of the computers (when I try to log in it says account banned, but clearly the account is not banned). I have tried this with many accounts, and came up with the same results. Going to be trying a proxy later, just to test a few things. If anyone can explain this one, that would be great.

Not that I'll be able to help but what exactly is the message and where does it appear?

is the one you are having problems with a laptop ?

if so reinstall ROM on the laptop remmeber to delete all data files Ie my documents/ROM

The accounts actual got banned the next day, but it was so weird, that only on that one computer it was saying they were banned, when I log into them on another computer, very strange.
