i updated this manually in the skills.xml. but any way to get it updated ?

also how does one add the elite warden skills upto lvl 35, to the skils.xml

You can add any skill you want in skills.xml just by following the format of other skills. Just copy/paste some other skill, change the name and stats, and that's it.
