i have a question. so if i want to start the bot , i everytime got an upload error.

Id say the information you have given is not enough to tell why your client crashed but if I'd have to guess I'd say it's because you downloaded an older version of the bot and haven't got it upto date. Checkout the SVN instructions on this page.
