Which waypoint file are you referring to? And what specifically are you having trouble with?

I'm pretty sure he is referring to the last wp by Bot_romka.

I tried it, your character start to run backward around the room but doesn't kill anything.
(I think you have to put down the "Mechanical bug" under 25% HP by yourself but at this step, the bot doesn't react)

I believe in that waypoint file, it is set so that the CONTROL (CTRL) key is the trigger key, so after you load the waypoint file, it won't do anything until you press CTRL, then it will start the kiting process. Then to make it stop the kiting process, use the SHIFT key. So I believe the trick is to get the big bugs down to below 25% health and then they will spawn the small bugs. Then you can use the CTRL key to start kiting them. I haven't tried using Bot_Romka's version of this but that's what it looks like.

Yes but his waypoint make kite and use Thunderstorm.
actually its only kite and don't use skill.
