I don't know exactly why extraactionbars messes with the bot but I'm afraid it's the bot or the addon, you can't have both.

You do realise you have like 80 action buttons available normally?

yea i know i got 80 but im insane... and i like to hawe some butons larger then others... its easyer to spot whe you need some thing ..

The reason the bot won't work when you have that addon is because the addon removes the keyboard usage and then does all of your keypresses as in game functions, as to why they need to monitor keypresses is anyone's guess.
My advice is get rid of the addon, even if you don't bot.
