Make sure if you use any userfunctions that any addresses have also been updated after patch. They tend to get forgotten.

Hey all!
Thanks to all of you who updated the bot.
I cant get my bot working?
Like I posted earlier I cant update to revision 647 or 648.
Current version of RoM Bot Version 3.29, Revision 644.
I got the SVN program installed aswell but I dont have a option to update or revert?
Is there a link to get the revision 647 or what do I need to do?
Tryed the commands:
rom/update.lua (Got the error: Unable to find 'pwnHarvesting_offset' in module?
rom/svnupdate.lua (Got the error: Working copy 'C:\micromacro\scripts\rom is too old (format 10, created by Subversion 1.6) )
Could you help me out please?

I don't use any speed hacks or port hacks just the millerchicken script, I only have my characters come out for mailing mats and eggs then right back to making me money. Still at a loss. why I crash every 3 to 5 min.

What should I do now?
Anybody knows help? ^^

I know that Rock5 tells us not to use the rom/update.lua
You should have tortoiseSVN installed and will be able to right click on the rom folder to do a SVN update or a Revert.

So I guess that rules out our crashes being from either speed or port hacks.

Now I got the options for update and revert.
And now when I start the micromacro.exe and write rom/bot.lua I still see that im on revision 644..
It successfully updated to revision 647 & 648 but in the micromacro im stuck at 644?
Here is a pic on how my current micromacro looks like.

when you do a svn update it is also a good idea to do svn revert, that makes all the files correct to the version you are on. You see svn is very smart in the way it tries to combine data you may have changed with data we have changed.
So just do svn update and then svn revert

Hey Lisa!
Thanks for the advice, now I have updated to revision to 648.
But when I try to revert I get this: File list is empty.
Im rightclicking on the rom folder and go under TortoiseSVN and then revert?
Thats how I do and I get the File list is empty.
I got it now Lisa, I wrote the rom/svnupdate.lua in micromacro and now it works.
Now im stuck on 648 and cant go back to 647, I tryed to Reverse but is says File list is empty.
What now? :/
Thanks.

At Revision 647
i should change 2 things
1. Add the attack icon to the action bar
2. Change the hotkeys from "MACRO" to "VK_1,2,3" etc
The only thing that i couldnt do was re-using potions for drop rate, attack speed etc.
This
Code: Select all
if (not player:hasBuff("506687")) then
inventory:useItem(207203);
end
Didnt Worked
At Revision 648
this
Code: Select all

We found Feedbag and will harvest it.

fixed the target mob issue in 648, I didn't do any other changes to it but that.
I can't recreate the crashes you guys are getting, so going to need more info on what it was doing when crashing. It runs smooth for me.

looks like partydps.xml and partyhealer.xml are effected.
healer will cast buffs and heals pretaining to herself but not other party members.
the "every 30 second" party member name update interval doesnt show up either in micromacro window.
v648 running off regular action bar, not the extraactionbar addon.
just an fyi
and thank for all your hard work lisa n rock.
oh and egg script running 2 clients for about 2h error free now.

Yeah still 1 address we haven't found and it is partmember, so can't get any party member names until we find it.

I am only running the chicken quest script on that system.
it is a MultiPoint server 32 bit
runs quad core with 8 gigs ram
nothing else is running not even another user except for me.
I attempt to run it on my system dual core amd
4 gigs ram ati hd 6700 with 1 gig onboard
nothing running in the background except this forum and i get the same error.
So two systems same error I have deleted and reinstalled the SVN twice on both systems did updates then reverts tried both rev 647 648 same error...
Any suggestions on how to help debug more?
