1) Turn ANTI_KS off in your profile.

2) You can read anything that the RoM API has access to.

If you know how to access the quest-related functions with the RoM API, you can just use RoMScript() or SendMacro() (they both basically do the same thing; SendMacro() just logs it to the console). You'll have to ask very specific questions if you want more help on this.

And no, moving while mounted was never 'fixed'. Using QUICK_TURN should not cause issues though.
